You may also find that doing 5-10min of the uterus warming and massaging in this video a few times a week, will have a positive effect on your condition. I would also recommend finding a skilled acupuncturist in your area, that can make a massive difference to uterus health and cycles. If I were you I would spend 2-3months and do the previous mentioned things regularly and see if it will help you. :)

You mentioned tampons and coils being bad, but what about menstruation cups? Do they have the same "stopping" effect? Also any suggestions for heavier women where it is more difficult to do the abdominal massage as you demonstrated.
