Travis playing Fjord as a non-class character is really cool. Just a dude with a bunch of items and bravery.

So far, Nott has a 100% rate of hitting Caduceus with the exploding arrow, and a 50% rate of killing him with it 😂

Fjord loses his magic, and does some of the most badass shit he's ever done, only good things can be in store for our waslock

As much as I loved Sam's contrasting outfit, a part of my brain is telling me they missed a better joke where everyone came out full goth except for Taliesin who would step out with natural hair-color while in a professional clean-cut upper-management business suit and attire.

My favorite thing is how Fjord went from charming risky cowboy to charming intelligent British naval captain

Ngl, it's so cathardic to see Fjord of all people having an absurd feat of strenght by holding back this giant worm, specially after having lost what made him special.

I love the escalation : You see a white wolf, pretty big. "that must be strong !" He gets insta killed by a giant insect "That is definitely strong" That's just a child and the momma is coming "..."

I love how the cast took the time to cosplay as Tallisen Jaffe

Just imagine if Fjord pulled off that "stab myself in front of a lava pit" stunt from the previous episode in front of this crowd...

I love the idea that Caduceus goes invisible as the equivalent of a panic fart

Fjord saving Beau and Cad with just pure willpower has to be one of the best moments in C2 so far. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time

Fjord stopped pretending he is a cowboy... and became a real one. Unexpected, but awesome

Holy crap it just occured to me -- one of the first attempts by Fjord to show his strength was with the sandbag toss in which he failed spectacularly thrice in a row. Now three times in a row -- not for vanity but for the very lives of Beau and Cad -- he somehow defeats the might of a huge primordial insect-thing. That somehow makes it so much more inspiring

As far as I'm concerned, this campaign isn't over until Jester visits the bakery in Whitestone at least once

Love how Liam/Caleb immediately perks up at the mention of an archive, and Marisha/Beau immediately looks at him like “ah, shit. We’re going there.”

"As the FORMER Weakest person in the group." Liam was quick to jump on that, lol.

I love how the session after Travis tries to cast off Uk'atoa, the dice showed their approval and he just rolled like a mad lad that entire ice wurm encounter. insane rolls. Winning str checks against a 30ft wurm? unreal.

I love the idea of a very low-intelligence character having Caleb's "Keen Mind" feat. You always know which way is North, but you're too dumb to figure out the other cardinal directions.

It still blows me away a bit that Liam is primarily a voice actor. I’d love to see him in a live action role. He’s an astounding actor

I'm watching through all this for the first time, and I have to say I love the fact that Fjord managed to rope and hogtie a massive horrible monster *AFTER* he dropped the Texan accent and lost his powers, thus doubly leaving behind being The Texblade™.

Whenever Talesin says Cad "runs" I actually picture him strolling very casually over looking nonchalant

That display by Fjord... just thinking about how either Beau or Cad would likely be dead without those successes is crazy to me. Plus, the visual is just epic af. Fjord, the normally weak half orc, using the whip against a massive Rhemoraz. Giving it everything he has and then being grabbed by the Hand. The intensity of the moment as the Hand pulls him back, the Rhemoraz is constantly trying to dig deeper in with Beau in its jaws, and Fjord's arm and shoulder muscles ripping and tearing apart as he refuses to let go for the sake of his friend... his first mate.

I love how Jester is the only one in the group with the common sense to go ask for directions. Or when they all wanted to break and enter the tower in Nicodranas, she was the only one who thought about knocking and asking for entry. Wisdom ftw

I made a comment in the last live session saying that, as a hard of hearing person, it was so hard to understand live show and I was bummed about it, but this live show had the perfect audio. It was clear and the public was not as loud as the actor. Bless this quality, thank you so much.

Underneath all the hilarity and dramatics, is Matt quietly and masterfully portraying a blended elf-dwarf society with all sorts of subtleties both cultural (the elf smith who eats messily) and physical (most of the elves being described as having some kind of facial hair, which I assume elves don't normally, with bonus points for scraggly and ginger tints)

the balls it takes to DM in front of a large audience is insane. Imagine trying to do voices for npc's and make good improv conversations without getting embarrassed for it not being as good as you hoped. Love you Matt, absolute Legend.
