Utpal will do much good for the state of goa,if he is elected, I hope, he won't repeat the mistakes what his father did,and infact he will be much better than his father. Senior parrikar too was visionary, but first time when people of goa wanted him to serve for goa..he couldn't serve his term for goans as OUR PM CALLED HIM SERVE OUR COUNTRIES RESPONSIBILITY ,and placed chota bheem on his chair ,and he went to serve for our country.. Second time 2017 goa gave mandate for congress but still parrikar took help of wrong people to be in government, but God had different plans,again this time he took our leader far away from us never to return UNLIKE BEFORE...AGAIN GIVING his throne to someone who changed entire goan politics and goa as a whole .
