I have invested in a brand new Procolored V10 UV A3 Pro printer and I must say that it was not an out of the box friendly device.
I made this video to assist a lady who was looking for some help with a file she was trying to print. I recreated the image that she had and made sure to have it meet the resolution specs and sizes as well as the necessary settings for exporting to DTF Rip software. I am not sure if there are any other areas to tweak here. She did indicate that the files she prints are usually in PNG format so I also created a PNG export for her (which you do not see here)
