UVU Probation Workshop Video 

To remove an Academic Probation hold, you need to complete the Academic Probation Workshop by watching the video, completing the academic probation workbook, and meeting with your first-year counselor or major advisor.
To remove a Continued Probation hold, you need to complete the Continued Probation Workshop by watching the video, completing the continued probation workbook, and meeting with an Academic Standards Counselor/Coach.
