Yep - still love this thing and also my wife and she's always very skeptical about new tech. No problems so far. Just every now and then a message that the sensor is blocked when there's too much dirt around the brush. Then you remove the brush and wipe with a paper towel. Takes 20 seconds and you can continue the work. One of the best cleaning devices I've ever had. Everything feels so clean after using it. It's not just spreading the dirt evenly like other devices - it's really sucking up the dirt and the best thing is the 'auto cleaning' function so the brushes are perfectly clean again after that.

The front brush has clean water spraying to it and it keeps the front brush clean. The brush behind does not have clean water spraying to it and less suction. So I'm wondering if the back brush will keep accumulating dirty stuff and just spread around the dirty stuff? I have believe this is design problem. They should make both front and back to be the same with clean water spraying and same suction. Thanks for asking. LOL ... it's like driving with a corvette in the mountains off road and then complain that it's not working ... I guess you can make pretty much any device causing to fail if you try hard enough and that's what this guy is doing. I'm not using this cleaner a lot, but every 2 months or so and actually my wife is now currently using is then and she's a professional residential cleaner with very high standards and she loves it and .... I've never seen such a mess in the vacuum like this guy had. Of course sometimes some dirt can get stuck in the brush compartment which makes the vacuum to throw an error and stop till it's cleaned, but cleaning is very easy (as long as you don't try to pick up tons of catch-up and mustard like this guy did ...) ... and yeah ... it's designed for forward cleaning and not backward. Hope this helps a bit.

@@realkk Yeah absolutely. Love this thing and hope it will last long time. Saves me lots of work to mop and makes it even much cleaner than normal mopping
