Thanks so much for your indepth review! My hubby bought this for me after I requested this type of small vac for our stairwells and 2nd floor bedrooms. No more hefting the huge, and fairly heavy Kirby upstairs. I appreciate all the details and inclusive video showing the displays as it is being used.

Absolutely excellent service! We had problems during the warranty period and they did everything they could to make it right in a timely manner and replaced what we needed. We purchased one for a wedding gift too and they love it! Would highly recommend!

Your videos are SO detailed! You show everything! I'm quite impressed with this vacuum. The motor, dirt cup, and filter construction look VERY sturdy and high quality!! As does the floor head. The self-cleaning filter is cool! It's very quiet! I love how it didn't scatter any debris on hard floors at all and didn't leave a pile of debris when you lifted the powerhead. The price is much less than the Lupe, yet it seems to have higher quality and more features!! Are any of the filters HEPA rated? That's a must for me. Let me know, and do you still love it? This seems like a winner!
