Recipe (about 26x pcs)
dough:
white flour 100g
a pinch of salt
water
filling:
lamb about 195g
onion 1x
olive oil 2tbsp
cumin ½tsp
black pepper ½tsp
salt ½tsp
pumpkin with skin about 355g
sugar 2tbsp

So youtube sent you into my feed. Thank you for teaching me how to do the fold in the dumpling correctly. I am improvising I am adding pumpkin and tumeric to the dough for color. My filling is steamed pumpkin, glazed onion jam,bbq Hon's Pork, leftover rice, and steamed home grown greens, and homemade thai chilli paste, ginger,garlic, salt, pepper all finely chopped. I am doubling the flour amount to 200gr.

...So, is that a type of pumpkin where you are? Or s "pumpkin" a general term for squash? Edit: Pardon, my curiosity took over. Wonderful video. Looks delicious and beautifully wrapped! I think I'll make it for my brother's birthday.
