Idk why but Tanjiro’s dedication made my eyes sweat a bit. Him tying his hand to the hilt of his sword so he can keep fighting was just something else. Then Tengen giving off rengoku vibes was just beautiful.

@@astra7555 i think people usually say fate is better because of the magical aspect of the show, obviously magic effects pairs really well with ufotable's animation quality, demon slayer doesnt have that aspect to it, the blood arts are different in a way. im not sure if what im saying makes sense, but either way they're both really beautifully animated and this new episode of demon slayer really had my jaw dropped

Speaking of animation and color scheme, I totally agree that Ufotable nailed it again. I've read the manga for multiple times but never get this much excitement from watching the anime. The manga is cool because we can imagine how the fight is but when it's animated, it blow my mind. It passed my expectations to be honest! Thank you so much for everyone to pay attention to the animation. Ufotable is goaatttttt and they really carefully chose the angles for every shots perfectly whereas in the manga it is quite limited since both are very different mediums. Also, the scores are soooo amazing, right!!?!? If they would publish the CD or scores digitally, I'd buy it because dang. THeir themes are all dope :"""

Man that gyutaro vs tengen fight was nowhere close to that in the manga! Those fight sequences were just beautiful and well choreographed 🐐💪🏿🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥the animation and art in the last 10 minutes or so looked like movie quality.

It's crazy how given that the quality is already so clean each episode just gets better and better. Tengen got that likeable Hashira humanity in him and his fighting style is so uniquely cool. Plus, the rest of the squad tapping in means that Ufotable gonna have so much fun with these combo attacks. More pure sakuga to come 🔥 Sundays be going back to back with AOT too

"she's like a Lower 2" LOL no. not at all. don't mistake Uzui playing Daki effortlessly as her being weak. she's night and day compared to the Lowers and she would, if the demons could kill each other, SLAUGHTER ALL LOWER MOONS with zero effort. she killed 7 Hashira on her own, no Lower Moon (besides Rui) has ever encountered much less tried to fight off a Hashira. Daki is far superior to them.

One thing I thought also about was the kunai. With him getting hit by the wisteria-laced kunai, I wonder if it slows down the flow of poison if it's from a demon? Another point, unrelated, was the thing about talent with shinobi. Like he said he wasn't born with talent, but you see how savage he is as a Demon Slayer, and I feel like he said that because the thing about shinobi is they are always training, always pushing themselves to be greater even if they weren't born with some special skill. I think he will be a good fit for helping them grow as Demon Slayers, especially Zenitsu.

That’s a good theory with the kunai. That could provide some help on uzui so that he isn’t as tired while fighting. Also the reason why he spoke on talent was because he knows that his skills are nothing compared to the other pillars. He may be strong by normal standards but that strength won’t help him to fight off otherworldly upper moons. He’s strong but nowhere near strong enough to be complacent because the moment you become contempt is the moment you lose

Certain things I knew were going to happen such as them extending the tengen vs gyutaro fight and amazing visuals just like rengoku vs akaza where for the most part the upper moon dominated it was the same in the manga where Up3 and UP6 overpowered but here in the anime its a lot closer I also like how tanjiro knows he can't help against gyutaro so he tries to keep it one on one

Great reactions, love watching you guys. Just some feedback as a viewer, the new mics have some static feedback that can be heard the entire time and the overall quality of them is lower than the mics were. I know they make things easier and that’s great but just letting you know about the sound quality and the ambient static feedback in the background with the new mics. Keep up the great work and I hope you can find a balance of convenience for you guys with the great quality sound you had. Edit: I also think a lot of it is specifically Pat’s mic. Maybe not all but I notice it more with his and when he talks.

Even though I started off preferring Dub (cause English is my first and only language I know) in a lot of anime I watch, sub has grown on me hard since Lockdown back in 2020. Japanese voice actors really do be putting in some unbelievable effort in some of these shows bro :D

I have a theory that tanjiro is gonna master all the breathing styles. When his sword was made they said someone with a black sword doesn’t know which style to master. He already has water for defensive and sun for offensive, he can use thunder breathing for speed and beast breathing for the spatial awareness
