I don't know how to describe OilMan's personality, but apparently he's popular among his brothers. He's developed a reputation as a slick and cool dude, but I don't really see it personally...

He genuinely sounds like Bill Cipher when he's imitating the Yellow Devil. That's pretty awesome, considering that this came ages before as well as both voice actors being completely different.

@Meowthnum1 With OilMan, it's smarter to avoid combat. Fighting is lengthy and tedious, so I pretty much said "Eff It" and rushed through stages. Also gonna throw this out there. In the Copy Robot stage, I wasn't able to finish in a single life, so it dropped down to 8.
@Meowthnum1 There are bonuses based on how fast you complete a stage, score ball collection, etc. If the game isn't going to grade you on an international or worldwide level, I don't see the point in busting my chops for a super-awesome high score.

i describe oilmans personality as go with the flow but keep your cool he also have a bit of an ego to. also the laugh against the yellow devil reminds me of hollow ichigos laugh from bleach

Well, you could say that Gutsman, Timeman and Elecman somehow have something against Oilman, but rather in the brotherly way, I think XD Oilman is like the easy going typoe of character, who likes to chill and have fun rather than work. But he takes his duties serious enough to 'keep the oil coming' XD
