There is a big mistake in this video, and it deals with the breakpoints at which you gain access to each tier of a blood. Corrected list below: Tier I: 0-29% Tier II: 30-59% Tier III: 60-89% Tier IV: 90-99% Tier V: 100%
I feel Mutant Blood is trying to be an alternative towards worker blood. Rather than mount speed you get transform speed for wolf and bat. While worked blood increases output from nodes, High mutant blood will spawn mutants. As you need mutant grease all the way to the end you can farm mutant grease while you kill enemies for pristine leather, Stygian shards etc. Gold by the monastry off of enemies (it even gives you resistance ratings), or killing enemies guarding nodes like the silver mine. But yes, you should be able to farm the priinors who turn into mutants.
^this. I am fairly new to the game but my understanding is that you want to focus on these breakpoints; I generally try to find blood above 30% as I get at least two buffs from it
You wanna go fast? 100% worker blood + wrangler potion + max speed dominated mount w/saddle + blood moon = insane speed. If you haven't yet, you should try it sometime.
Fishing. Some fish reduce the debuff. Some heal. Some do both. Put a fishing rod on your quick bar and keep an eye out for bubbles in the water. It is a small mini game, that can reward fish bones, hostile fish, normal fish, or (never seen this one myself, but heard about it) crafting materials. A few base locations have bodies of water on the property so you may not have to leave base to get them. Sending servant can also return fish.
I wish we could bottle mutant blood because 100% mutant blood in the rift incursions is really fun. I just spawn in mutants and back up to watch the carnage. And then hey free mutant grease
something i’ve found is to spawn rats in vermin nests; you just have to have a window into the room to see the blood% without dying; then if there’s a high% you walk in with single target otherwise just go ham with whatever AOE you want
With 1.0 the new armors each grant specific buffs. So using those along with similar effect blood increases the buffs further. This helps you customize your play style rather than having to play some kind of meta build.
I didn't either! I remember thinking I found out how to bottle creature blood pre gloomrot 4:52 , and was so disappointed after walking a 100% villager all the way to the woods, had it turn into a were wolf and almost kill me, almost get killed before night ended, cage it FINALLY!! ... all to watch it walk out of the cage when he went furry again 😂
@@jybil178 I remember having a few one-tile rooms with caged werewolves in random places in my castle in case I get invaded 😅 Not a viable strategy anymore, apparently 😅
As of 1.0 update You can no longer accidentally kill prisoners when extracting blood, If they would die from extraction they are instead left on 1hp and only if You extract once more without feeding them, they die.
I've always found warrior blood one of the weakest, simply because one of the bonuses requires you to be at full health and none of the bonuses offer an increase to life steal, something that'd help you stay at full health, plus the last bonus just kind of feels useless. The last bonus feels useless because it's encouraging you to get damaged, but getting damaged looses you the second bonus and again the blood type offers nothing to help with that. It all around just seems like a weaker Brute blood, because at least Brute offers you more life steal and gives you a sizable damage bonus for healing, and that extra attack speed is extremely useful with certain weapons.
Two things, I saw that old map lol. Secondly, in 1.0 I had a werewolf I was escorting back to base and when it turned night he did NOT break free. You can't charm them as werewolves but if they are already charmed they seem to stick around.
I'm thinking that mutant blood want intended to be useful and was more for theme in the gloomrot area. Though could be good if you're just doing general work such as building out your castle or collecting mats and don't want your blood to run out as quickly.
Bingo😂 they usually make nice videos but its always the most available info. They dont really get good at games, they just present someone else's info. The most obvious was the helldivers 2 videos
I feel Draculin blood needs a rework. It provides nothing worthy and is the first to penalize the player once daylight comes up. Even provoking a skill that drains it away. The Blood Mend healing should not drain away this blood type, for instanse.
Been subbed to your channel since I first looked up a guide for Hogwarts Legacy. You guys do excellent work. Your guide videos on Remnant 2 also saved me a lot of time and headaches. Although I personally don't play V Rising, still, thank you for all yer hard work on this channel.
To think they already have shown a giant demon in a portal stairing at you in a bridge. Talked about a viking zone talking about a titan core and showing alot of creature things going on. Im pretty sure that will be a new zone and they will still release creature captures. Im also hoping for something to do with mutants. Like a lab where you can make different mutants, improve blood types more safely and cells or vats to hold mutants for mutant blood. I have high hopes for this game
My PvE blood use chart: (maybe someone will find this useful) Worker = gathering (duh) Brute = having trouble w/a boss and need more healing Warrior = zerg a boss with melee if healing is not a concern (hardest blood to take full advantage of) Scholar = zerg a boss with spells, light healing Rogue = keep getting caught w/o abilities ready, need better cooldowns and faster movement Draculin = useful for silverlight farming for better ability to take down large crowds Mutant = if you've run out of blood and are about to die lol
I had 1 find of a 100% rogue, ALONE no less. shaved it's hp down only to have it's buddies come along and toss torches, killing it off :(. Is there some trick to gettin them to show up?
5:11 It's really simple, just humanoid counts. And thats not just for Draculin, but for every blood type. To be more specific for Draculin there are 3. 1. That simple servants which are all over the place 2. "lady of night"? That one with taunt ball 3. Male who appears only with 80+ lvl i belive? With knife/sword So ye, only "humanoid" ones.
This isn't a good distinguishing factor though, because there's the big robed guys with the reaper weapons, and they don't count, despite being humanoids
@@_ByteBlaze_ Oh you are riight, forgot about that one. But still it is "main" factor if you can dominate or not. Meaning if it's "humanoid" (Well alive with blood :P) you are most likely able to dominate with few expections.
I could be wrong but draculin blood also makes you weaker to holy dmg. I was fighting the boss thats inside the church with draculin blood and i was taking heavy holy dmg even with a holy resistance potion. I swapped blood and the holy dmg went away and the boss was a lot easier.
Personally, I think Draculin Blood is amazing for farming Brighthaven the City in the Silverlight Hills. Movement speed, executions and healing. Especially on Brutal difficulty, these buffs are S tier. The Draculin Blood loses a lot of value in other regions and in PvP scenarios.
This is all from the first 2 days of server launch. We were 70+ after only 16 hours. Just because people can't keep up with our progression doesn't mean you don't still world PvP for materials lol.
I claimed the Dracula soul shard on my official server from the corpse of another player like a man. I then had to wear it until I killed Dracula to get the pedastal. I am him.
@@LegacyGamingUS i mean you’re chasing someone 30 levels under you. 30 levels under isn’t PvP in this game, it’s a slaughter 😂 Maybe the clips of PvP with players around your level didn’t look as good. Who knows.
Gear score doesn't impact your damage or damage reduction. Only your attributes and actual hard weapon stats do. It's not as one-sided as you think. We've dueled as players 20-30 levels under ourselves and won in the past.
@@LegacyGamingUS I mean you really made an oxymoron of a statement there. While you can kill people higher level than you, you contradicted not only yourself in this statement but your comment from before.. The stats you get on gear that increases gear level are increased stats which in turn mean you have increased damage and resistances. You likely had some passives from your alter as well. Now you said you got to max level in 16 hours which means no one was ever 20+ levels ahead of you but then you also said you fought people 20+ levels ahead of you. You should post some high level fight highlights. I know your channel is focused around learning and teaching and you are good at that, it’d be cool to see some good fights though. 🙂
No we said we have dueled players over us. Not saying this wipe. And if you weren't aware, gear score gives you a 4/-4% damage buff for every level you are over or under a target, but this doesn't apply to PvP, which was the point we were trying to make.
It's literally how it works lol. Everytime your tier 4 perks proc such as the warriors defend or worker instant break, as well as spell casting, your blood pool goes down faster.
we seem to be having an issue.. we have got maybe 5 90% or higher people to spawn in almost 50 hours of this playthrough.. is there a setting or something i am missing?
Your mindset on mutant blood is lackluster. Mutant Blood is an AMAZING farm blood for Mutant Grease & Farming Golden Chains. Next to that the bigger mutants are fantastic for extra AOE damage. or a great distraction. making certain weapons that require a mob to be occupied with that mutant. Would you use this as a pvp fight blood. HELL NAWW! XD
8:40 lmao, this is wrong, the damage buff only applies if the *enemy* is the one at full health and the damage reduction is always active. that effect is better than you think, mostly due to the DR.
@@LegacyGamingUS I mean it makes sense, I just wish they were more transparent about it. Though maybe knowing that would encourage players to be more conservative with their abilities like they are with consumables in other games because people tend to optimize the fun out of games.
Gear score doesn't impact your damage in PvP. Only your attributes. People can be just as slippery many levels under and survive, especially when this is day 1/2. We hit 70+ 16 hours in, but we have next to nothing additional stats wise.
The mutant type is a love and hate, love cause more mutants for resoruces, hate cause the mutat spawn onew time when i tried to get a diffrent 100% blood type and killed it >:c
When you play on a PvP server, and your team manages level 70+ in 16 hours, most people are gonna be lower. It's a pvp server. You still fight any encounters you have to gain resources. Griefing would be sitting at a low levels base constantly harassing them. This is just world pvp.
Why would you choose such cringy pvp footage or your video!? Level 90s with 100 blood running down people 300-50 levels down? Bro... thought you were better than that... So in your expert opinion what's the best blood type for running down lower level players who can hardly fight back? I'd go with Rogue for that extra speed since you dont need the vamp since their attacks have such bad DR. Thoughts? Poor content choice for a video with such great educational content and editing.
Before jumping to wild conclusions, understand our group hit 70+ 16 hours in on wipe day using the exact tips we made a video on. We aren't just going to not PvP and get materials from people just because they don't gear as fast as us lol.
By4o comin' in hot outa left field tempting everyone with a good time!? omg please tell me the 'big bad boys' are a real thing and where do we go to be victims hahahahahahaha I cant - this comment had more gold than the whole of silverlight hills hahaha.
@@TinyNorg why are u trying to prove me that u are not a victim, with that child levels of sarcasm? I am not your gymbro u dont need to do it, chill fella. xD
This game looks and plays great but it is essentially a bunch of busy work.Wander around the map and collect A so you can do B to unlock C to upgrade to D then you can access E. I give this an F.
It’s a winning formula and very well executed in V Rising - it’s part of the gameplay loop and makes for a great ARPG. You can adjust resources/material outputs so that it feels less like a survival crafting grind as well. An end-game campaign with the build you created would be INCREDIBLE tho ngl. 😢
It is same for every blood type. Whenever you use a blood type's 4th effect which opens at %90 blood, you use some of the blood. Same with warrior's parry, rogue's armor break, worker's insta break etc.
I think you also have to take into account that when using scholar blood, you will be leaning more heavily into that strength (IE: casting more spells since that's your strongest move) thus draining your blood seemingly faster than normal, but as far as I can tell, blood drain rate from casting is always the same.
