Love the visual storytelling built into the layout. And just the concept really opens up the door to easily fit a number of different visual styles in the space.
Man, I've only watched 3 minutes of the video so far, but I can't contain my emotions anymore. This is genius! I got acquainted with this game shortly before the release and almost every day I search the Internet for various castle tours in order to create something interesting in the game. So... I have never seen anything like this from any builder! You broke the boundaries of perception and built a town instead of a castle. It's crazy and it's wonderful!
Towns are real fun to create ! I built one before the full release, on the very large plot right west of the market in Dunley. You should try one too, it's nice to see how animated and lively it can get, especially if you play on a private server with an augmented servant limit
This is absolutely the most charming & enchanting video ever - even aside from the build itself. But the build is immaculate, and extremely unique. Amazing.
Dude. This is one of the best, well thought out, and immersive builds I've seen. I've always preferred PVE builds that can actually bring you into the story of a place, and I was fully drawn into the story of this one. I can imagine all the residents interacting with each other. I love the tidbits of audio put into the background that breathes life into every room. This place feels Real. Kudos to you, truly.
This isn't base building anymore, this is level design. And the video for it must have taken a lot of work but the sounds and the story add so much life to it, this might as well be another game! I hope you're proud of it because I sure am! Exceptionally well done, mate! I can't believe it never occurred to me to build many tall buildings instead of one monstrosity of a castle. I'm still stuck thinking in efficiency for the most part but seeing work like this is always inspiring.
This entire thing is incredibly well thought out. Not just the build itself, but the story behind, and the subtle editing to include doors, and applicable memes without feeling overdone. This is gold. I love this game.
The subtitles used for context are so cute and I love the background music and noises, it gives ambiance and illusion that the street and buildings are populated. I love the place and its story
This is actually the most original design I have seen yet. I bet no one else thought of making an actual town when the entire concept is mainly focused on making a castle.
The audio editing in this is wild. Great stuff. Love the little town design. My typical plot is on the large upper plot to the northeast of this one. Maybe I should make a vamptown for my servants...
... Wow omfg, are you magic? Wow very nice well done. You're doing the Lord's work here... The dark lord that is. I loved the music and sound effects, it makes this feel so much more alive.
Very nice presentation with all the noise and recording. The more Parisien build was very interesting design. The Castle feel more like a Domain then a Stronghold and…it work. Keep on the good builds friends and take care of your talent.
Absolutely loved this video! Perhaps you'd make some build guides in the future? Or more videos like these? A humble request from one vampire to another
This game needs more and more content. It has SO much potential and I have a lot of fun playing it. The only sad thing is that I'm reaching endgame soon :/
Absolutely the best i have seen! But would make me go nuts if I have to run around the whole place to distribute the loot everywhere. Looks 12/10 Practically 5/10 😅
No one says our vampire character has to be evil. We can just as easily make them out as someone who would rather have peace between their kind and humans. I imagine the only reason Arello might kill humans at all is that they attacked first and are beyond reasoning, leaving him no choice. That, and he want to get the bandits off the streets to stom them from terrorizing the land
Have a question for you, how do you get flowers/plants to appear in the tall vases that you have lining your "street"? I mean I see the 4 planting spots in between in front of windows on the ground but how do you get the others to work?
While creative, I really like the cozy, sheltered feel an enclosed castle gives me, so this isn't something I'd do with mine. However, those bench and lamp post patterns for the street? I'm stealing that. Giving servants their own room? Am stealing that too. I've got work to do.
how do you make ur mainstreet like that? it looks like a castle flooring on mixed with the mossy stone floors! i wanna do that but i dont know how pls help!
This game was released a little over 3 weeks ago and you had all this time to build this? I want to ask what you do for a living because obviously I'm at the wrong job. But realistically building such a lavishing castle has no purpose to me. Function is more my speed.
