I touched on this briefly, but again keep in mind this works VERY well with every counter. Mist Trance with Fear jewels let's you line up soulburn very easily for example. Discharge also makes it pretty easy, since it pulls them to you. You may need a stun duration jewel to guarantee it though. Cold snap works too, but imo it's probably the weakest synergy here... Kind of... It's still very good to use out of counter when they don't proc it (pop counter, they stand still waiting for it to end, cancel your counter with soulburn), but keep in mind the way Soulburn actually works is if the enemy uses any action other than movement while the 'spellblock' timer is up, THEN they will be silenced, and the way we use cold snap, they're already in a state where they can't use anything. There is the option to cold snap->and of Winter Q->soulburn to try and catch them right after, but it's not guaranteed. Overall, soulburn is still definitely useable on its own with cold snap though.
Another thing with wisps, if you do something like slasher Q, the Q will hit the enemy AND the wisps will hit when you go through them and back, and often will hit with 2 wisps each. I need to test it, but I think cloud dancers would probably hit 6 times.
Bones is cracked. This build was winning more than others against him, but he destroyed me most of the time haha. When I execute it well, it feels insanely oppressive. All it takes is a couple good conversions and you get a gigantic damage
How do you think this fairs in open-world. Everytime i hiy some with soulburn ppl move out of my range. Not to mention when im close enough to use soulburn i get blown up
It would probably do very well tbh if you can execute it. You just have to know how to use the build. Overall though, I would recommend running discharge instead of bloodrite for open world because it's insanely easy to get huge value AND setup soulburn, which also means you're applying static and condemn easily. Also, it's pretty nasty in raids as well. Pull people into you then silence them in close quarters. Nowhere for them to go
Console player here, it’s kinda hard for us to utilize 8 weapons effectively during combat, but 4 is fine. So if you have to pick 4 weapons. For PVP open world solo. What would they be?
I go into this a bit more in my video on weapon swapping, but imo the 4 I'd pick would probably be Greatsword, Whip, Spear, Slashers. You can also replace something for Pistols if you want to get the good on your 2nd weapon skill. That isn't necessarily the only option, but it's what I would pick when starting out.
Do you possibly know if V arena is available on console ? Can’t seem to find it and I’m wanting to get into pvp. I’m only level 70 on my first playthrough but i still want to pvp
Not sure if it is. It's a privately hosted server. I'm not sure what servers made it to PS5, but you could look up "duels" in your search bar to see if someone has made a duel server. Back in the day before we had any mods on PC, there were other servers that would basically make free-craft and no durability loss a thing so you could start with max gear and spells, and then craft w.e you wanted in terms of weapons etc. might be able to find one of those
