Here's a tip, to free the air filter collar weld some beads on the inside and when it cools it will shrink and pull the threads inwards

Где резаком грел, с начало показывает что фильтр воздушный открутил полностью, и тут же показывают резьба от фильтра на головке, на первой не на второй.
