-- I watched the movie. That recipe looks to be really good. I'm not fat, sick, or nearly dead, but I certainly could have a better diet. As I get older, I've realized more and more how I do not feel as well as I used to. Eating a better more natural diet does make a difference. I know because one year I was unemployed and had a garden. I ate a whole lot of cucumbers, and other veggies from the garden. The exercise, fresh air, and sunshine, along with meals consisting of cucumbers and Ritz Crackers really made me feel healthier than I had in years. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy your videos.

Hey Alyena! I love V-8 juice...but i know making it fresh makes it tastes SO much better. I have seen that movie Fat Sick and Nearly Dead...sure is an eye opener isnt it. Its amazing what juicing can do for you. This seems like a great mixture of veggies...I will definitely give it a try!!
