The problem with regular V8 is the high sodium. The problem with low sodium V8 is the taste. The solution is to add raw apple cider vinegar (and a few drops of hot sauce if you'd like) to taste to the low sodium version. The result is a flavorful, low sodium, highly alkalizing drink. All-around win.

If it hot outside and you work in the heat it’s okay to have salt in moderation, with the right amount of water your body creates the electrolytes lost in sweat

I know a guy from work that literally on days he fasts he drinks these breakfast lunch and dinner for like 48 hours and then goes back to eating he has lost so much weight .

V8 low sodium is great right after a workout. I've found it to be amazing at curbing my appetite. I used to drink the regular, but switched to the low sodium. I got used to the taste within a week. Good stuff!

Low sodium V8 is great, plus it's double the potassium and 1/5 the sodium of regular V8.

I am going to try drinking these more often next month in January. I started drinking this this month. I also like the V8 super greens but that has sugar. It may be the natural sugar from the fruit but that is better than beer or soda. Beer is definitely my cryptonite. To good health in the coming year.

Yes I only drink the whole sodium version. I'll usually buy a big jug at wal mart it's really good. Too much sodium is bad even in a health drink. If you drink a regular v8 it has a very large amount of sodium.

I drink the V8 low sodium spicy. It's a great supplement. An acquired taste but once you have had a few, they become easy to drink.

I heard the plastic bottle one taste better? I also heard v8 is very healthy for you, it's like two serving of veggies. Sodium is good to keep the hunger away. I plan on going on this diet, debating whether or not making a vlog😊

Im 42 and was burned out on sweets in the late 80s but, i also loved these in original or low sodium. I have not touched cake or any kind of junk since except ice cream or whatever on occasion if i had medical issues. My only guilty craving being a meat eater are these. I have never craved the v8 splash or any fruits ecept avacado which i hated as a child.

low sodium V8 is good, I drink a fair amount of that too. Been pounding back the water lately, it doesn't have vitamins but it keeps everything moving in your body so it's good at getting rid of excess salts. You just gotta get used to going to the washroom more often
