I just filed after 11 years, I saw medical for everything I filed for while in service (thank you Gunny Hutch) I put in personal statements for 4 of them and my sister wrote one for the PTSD. I got diagnosed for the PTSD but idk if there is a diagnosis for the knee back and ankle but I'm seeing PT for those. I watched your vids which helped a lot so now I guess I just sit back and wait for some C&P exams. I hope I did everything right haha.

Keep up the good work. I retired in 2021 with 21 years of Active Federal Service from the Army. As crazy as it sounds, I did not believe I deserved a rating from the VA. I enlisted with I was 18 and retired at the age of 40. I now realize I am leaving money on the table for my family and I. Your videos have been helpful, and I am about to submit a claim for my medical issues soon! Not sure if you are interested in collaborating for one and one coaching and mentorship, be more than willing to document my experience for your channel, if so let me know.

When submitting on form 21-4138, do you print it off, fill it out, and send it by regular mail, or do you print it, and take a picture, and upload it, or do you just fill it out online?

@@carlostomas1917 listen to all of this guys videos, he gives all of the free information that means the most. Other RU-vidrs will constantly try to sell you nexus, using a personal statement and referring to your VA or private healthcare treatment, records etc is how I went from 0 to 70 percent but I used the VA as my healthcare provider to document everything that wasn’t in service and going forward

@@anthonyhayes4739 so frustrated with their process, rule changes, etc. They still haven’t decided parts of my claim a year later.

With the way the VA budget is setup for Fy24 and FY25, don't expect any rating increases anytime soon.

WELL SAID! Take yourself to the doctor! DONT JUST SUBMIT YOURSELF PRIVATE MEDICAL STATEMENTS FROM YOUR DOCTOR TO THE VA! TAKE YOUR VA C FILE AND MEDICAL SERVICE RECORD TO YOUR PRIVATE SO YOU AND YOUR DOCTOR CAN RUN WITH IT! GET YOUR DOCTOR TO GET YOUR TO DO YOUR NEXUS LETTER!

I’ve been out the service since 2003. I filed for disability comp in 2016 and was service connected 0% for 2 conditions and flat out denied for 2 because I didn’t have any corroborating medical evidence outside of my service treatment records. I went to my doctor for treatment for my conditions and filed another claim in December of last year with the help of a VSO and got 60% for 6 conditions that included the 2 that were previously denied and others that I didn’t consider in my first claim. I have 4 conditions that are deferred. I waiting for the decision on those. In my last decision letter, I was denied service connection for cervical strain but it documented favorable findings for neck pain from my service treatment records and cervical strain diagnosis from my C&P exam. What does that mean?

Any updates on VA approving and recognizing claims from anthrax vaccinations? I was stationed at the base back in 1998 who "volunteered" to receive the vaccinations. Thank you.

Jordan I have purchased grand master and am in the process of everything it has helped tremendously. What about getting medical records in NG it is very difficult to get them. I was seen on deployments, as well as BCT and infantry OSUT and still currently active.

I have emailed Jordan twice since I got my PS templates and no response. Still waiting on a nexus template that was said to be done too. Not sure why no comms since the beginning of August... Jeff Morgan

I'm active duty and I've been having lower back pain which I was seen for once, but they just wrote it off as muscle strain and gave me ibuprofen and some stretchs. Should I go back to try and get diagnosed with something else? Or would that one medical vist be enough if i just make a VA appointment regarding it when during my BDD? I appreciate any information on this.

I have been out of the military for 9 years and the VA lost my medical records. Do I still have a chance to get any claims?

I am currently active duty (AGR) and I did my intent to file on VA.gov. Now can I file with 2 years left of my enlistment or do I have to wait when it gets closer to that enlistment ending?

Hello Mr Jordan Anderson, my name is Lemar . I have been watching your instructional guide{ you tube Vids} for a few. learned a lot. I keep getting hit by the wall. I've been denied several times. what's so frustrating is that I'm watching others get approved with less time in service. going to the same agencies, HELP WOULD GREATLY BE APRECIATED,
