Vacating a Court Order 

Well I am interested in the restraining order aspect of it too. But what do you mean that has no finding of fact? Why would the restraining order be in place?

@@ThisReckless Abuse of discretion for one, federal incentives are another, false claims a third, without a finding of fact signed by a judge they are void or voidable.
