For the cinderella stuff, get a pantry. A white pantry shelf and store all your pretty things you still want "displayed" but doesn't match your decor. Your pantry will still match, but you can still always go to look at your things displayed all pretty. It doesn't matter if it feels "hidden away" cause its just for you and your home and you know it's there for you to go look at any time.
