That's what the article's title says it did, but actually, the "control" or "unvaccinated" group had several vaccines, just not the MMR. It's like taking a group of college kids at a party who've all had 11 shots of tequila, and then studying whether the 12th shot of alcohol, vodka, is linked to intoxication to prove that vodka is not linked to intoxication. The authors and financiers of the study are also rife with conflicts of interest.

A herb cannot be consumed and metabolically processed to give a PERMANENT change to the brain functionality without other permanent catastrophic damage. They are under a category called "biologics" which skirts the necessity of actually testing them against placebos.
