Our Ergonomic Partners teams developed and built this custom vacuum liter with interchangeable heads for lifting different size magnetic rolls. Our tool allowed our customer to improve safety, efficiency, and overall well-being of their employees, while minimizing product damage. The tools frame is made of lightweight and sturdy aluminum and high-strength steel, and features a vacuum indicator gauge, quick disconnect system with two swappable vacuum gripper heads using air saving vacuum pumps, ergonomic zero-gravity floating handlebar with integrated grip / release with interlocking common button controls, E-stop, float mode control, and proportional up / down controls. The tool is suspended from a Gorbel Easy Arm and G-Force Smart Hoist using two anti-drop safety systems, a common button and our gripper safety circuit preventing operators from accidentally releasing the rolls in mid-air.
