Today I will be sharing Monsoon Special recipe all time favourite Mumbai Chura Vada Pav.
Sharing all 3 Chutney and Special Chura also.

serve for 4
Ingredients
*For Potato Mixture:
5 Boiled Potatoes
Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic Rough Paste 3tsp.
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
asafoetida 2pinch
chopped curry leaves
coriander leaves
oil
salt
*for Besan coating:
1&1/2 Cup Gram Flour
carom seeds 1/2tsp.
turmeric powder 1/3tsp.
red chilli powder 1/2tsp.
salt
water 1cup
*for Green Chutney:
Coriander leaves 1cup
mint leaves 1/2cup
garlic 7 to 8 cloves
ginger 1/3inch
green chilli 5
salt
*for Red Chutney:
Water 1Cup Water
Corn flour 1tsp.
tamarind paste 2tsp.
red chilli powder 1/2tsp.
crushed Coriander 1/2tsp.
salt
*for garlic chutney
15 to 20 fried garlic
fried besan chura
kashmiri red chilli powder 2tsp.
Method:
*heat oil in pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilli, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves,
*add boiled potatoes,mash with Masher, add coriander leaves ,salt.
*make besan coating take besan add carom seeds,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, add water gradually and maintain Bater consistency.
*make medium size balls of potato mixture and deep in to besan mixture. fry all Vada.
*for green chutney add coriander, mint leaves,garlic,ginger, green chilli,salt and water make paste.
*for red chutney boil water, add sugar in to it , dissolve sugar ,now add red chilli powder, tamarind pulp,salt in to it.
*add cornflour slury in to it, boil to thicken.
*for garlic chutney add fried garlic,salt, fried besan chura,red chilli powder.
*grind it.
*for chura fry pour besan mixture with finger, fry it till crispy.
*assemble Vada pav with all 3chutney and chura
*enjoy yummy mumbai style Vada pav.
