This takes place just almost after the events of Shards of the Past, if anything...it intersects with the end of SOTP.

Tyler Stumbough no point in putting out a trailer for something you don’t even think you can make anymore considering the fact we (the people that love his work) haven’t sent in enough money. I don’t think people understand we’re paying for this man to literally create a Star Wars movie for us, not to go in his pocket. I wish we could help him make this happen.

I actually always wanted Vader to take a legit crack at mace windu. Lucas missed a great opportunity to display anakin's/vader's strength by chucking mace windu out a window like that. Should have been a dual to a victory for anakin.

@@Pokebrokey Yeah, that would be pretty cool, though imo Anakin wouldn't be able to win Mace so easily, remember Master Windu was one of the most powerful Jedi of his time, besides Yoda, also he won against Palpatine, so that makes him even more difficult to fight against.

@@hengistcz1940 Cost, time, availability of actors and crew (people with 9-5 jobs can't suddenly work on a movie for 2-6 months), etc. $250k to make a short, that can't be crowdfunded, AND can't directly make someone money (ticket sales and such)? Yeah. Not exactly a 1st choice for many people. Regardless of how die-hard of a fan they are. The incentives just aren't there. Let alone the time they would need to do it properly. A typical 90 minute movie takes ~1.5 years to make. From writing the script to putting the finished product into theaters. And that's with dedicated/contracted people doing nothing but that movie. If Vader Ep1 was ~16 minutes long and cost $160k, then a 2 hour movie would cost ~$2.5 MILLION. So........that's why fan made movies aren't a thing. They happen, but are NOT typically high quality because of the previously mentioned problems.

You’re doing amazing things man! I grew up adoring the Star Wars franchise. With Disney taking over I began to lose a great deal of hope to where this franchise so dear to my heart was going. Seeing what you have produced not only in the Vader series but all your other videos give me hope that there are some people out there that are committed to keeping Star Wars genuine and to its roots.
