Hey man, I'm just some guy on the internet but this performance is something I envy a lot. You are very gifted with your piano skills and I hope to play like this one day. Cheers.
@@diafenix omg sorry wtf I think I was listening to this with my phone in my pocket and it somehow typed these itself, sorry for the notification spam hahah
Revisiting this video again after I've finally recorded it. Such an inspiring performance and masterfully played. Wish you uploaded more piano recordings. As a fellow pianist, you're a true inspiration.
Thank you for this beautiful version of the song... I loved the game especially the music and I am beyond happy to find the sheets. I don't know if I can learn it well enough to sound good, but I will have fun trying. :) Please keep playing and transcribing ! Much appreciated really.
Ahhh, Ive always admired Keigo Hoashi's style =). He can just crank out pieces with this kind of effortless beauty! Loved that Song of The Ancients reference he sneaked in too! Your transcription and performance was spot on as well! Amazing job - you've probably covered 25% or more of this Piano Collection and the sheets still havent dropped yet =D!
You may or may not remember me from a comment I posted a couple of days ago on your most recent video but, if you do, hello again :). I know that you have already mentioned in the description that you will not be releasing your sheets so that we support the creators, but it doesn't seem like there will be a companion scorebook for the Nier Automata Piano Collections album at all. I don't think I can link the Tweet in the RU-vid comments, but Keiichi Okabe (one of the many amazing people behind the album's pieces) indicated that there hasn't been any talk from Square Enix of a scorebook being released, despite expressing a desire for one himself. This was posted in mid September but I doubt that anything has changed since then. There's speculation that Square Enix would have no legal ground to get the arrangers to release their personal sheet music for retail sale, and unfortunately we don't know if the other arrangers aside from Keiichi share his wishes for an accompanying scorebook. This leads me to ask if you would reconsider releasing your own sheets, even at a price, as it is simply the most faithful transcription that I have heard to date. This isn't to say that I wouldn't buy the official accompanying scorebook if it ever gets released, as you can sure bet that I would be ordering that as soon as I find out about it. Sorry for writing such a long comment for such a simple request; I truly do want those sheets :)
Do you remembered who it was that Tweeted Keiichi Okabe about that? Because I asked him on there if there's a book coming out and he said he'd love to score it, and to send my request to SQEX's Twitter.
SpikyPlant Yeah looks like they won’t be releasing a book :/ Makes sense because they’d need to contact every stranger to produce the score, and the majority of them aren’t associated with Monaca. It would be awesome if they could sort something out where they’d release the sheet music, but unfortunately it’s not happening...
@@TrevorWicklund That's what I was scared you would say... At least rach3master is considering releasing his own scores, so we'll have something to play.
SpikyPlant Yeah. Themrzakid also has some videos of the scrolling sheet music transcriptions on here. They look very accurate. Still, there’s something about actually owning a piano book of the music that’s more satisfying to me
I love the name Vague Hope, because if for whatever reason someone were to ask me to describe NieR: Automata with only two words, I think "Vague Hope" would be a perfect answer
Is there any midi file for this masterpiece? I've nearly listened all of the vague hope covers but sor far this is the best. If anyone did transcribe it to a midi file, I would be grateful.
wait do you actually know the rach 3 lol? Anyway, I've been watching all your covers and you've earned a sub. hopefully you get tons of new viewers with NieR: Replicant dropping. Keep it up?
