This is a god send! I am 44 yrs old and I track my Hrv. I was supposed to get period two weeks ago and I didn’t. Since, my hrv has tanked and seems doesn’t want to recover no matter what I do. (Don’t drink or smoke, eat and sleep well, don’t eat past 6pm, days rest, yoga, meditation…)
