Hi Tony! Your channel is awasome, it makes me, a simple user, better understand how a boiler works, so thank you! Recently I have a serious problem with my Riello condensing boiler (Residence 25 KIS). My engineer is clueless, the heating doesnt work, so I'm doing my own research, that's how I found this channel. The 3 amp fuse blowing as soon as we switch on the boiler and the pump starts. The PCB change didnt help at all. In such a situation how can an enginner find the problem? And what can it be?

Have a same problem but blown only when hot water or heating on demand , what would that be pls ?

You show an orange horseshoe shaped wire adjacent to the 3 (live,neutral, earth) wires after fitting the 2nd pcb. This wasn't seen on the first pcb and you don't show when you put it in. Any reason?

Hiya Tony, my Nephew raised a good comment to me asking what fuse is blowing? The fast blow on the pcb or the fused spur 3amp fuse. Good question as both can be taken out by the pump.. which was it here? Great video

How do you tell the difference between the boards... i kno some have a different pump connection but them two looked identical

Where was the fuse located?

Sometimes faulty timer blows fuse
