UFC women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko speaks with Ariel Helwani on ESPN MMA’s Instagram Live to discuss her decision to have surgery on her leg and how recovery is going. Great interview, I actually meant Benny "The Jet" Urquidez at a PKA -vs- WKA event held at the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas in the mid 1980's. He was a very nice man. Fortunately Chuck Norris was there and busy giving autographs so the other legends were free to talk to. I also talked with Maurice Smith (he had just fought) and he was extremely kind with his time and gave me advice. Maurice won easily. The PKA fighters had no idea how to block the leg kicks of the WKA fighters, None of the PKA fighters won. They all got their legs tore up.
