Today we are making yummy Strawberry Pancakes with a healthy twist, using buckwheat and oat flour, an excellent source of fibre and protein, amongst other vitamins and minerals. @@sandhyarajgopalan7107 u can use milk, but she add baking soda in this which reacts with buttermilk or yogurt due to acid contain in this.. if u r using milk then its fine just for sure add lil bit of baking powder also.
