Valerie....so many are inspired by you. You are so beautiful inside and out......I sit here listing to this interview and say she has had it all...looks, true love and a amazing life......if she cant be happy how can I. I have gone through alot of "stuff" to realize I have to love myself for other to love me. Please know you are enough and the wrapping does not define you, but it makes you complete & GOD created us so every inch of you, I and others is "perfect". And the last thing; Cancer more then sucks (f)......I have survived it a couple of times...but have lost more than a dozen loved ones.

This is not aimed towards Valerie, but more a message to those who want to loose weight for health reasons. The key to happiness is to let go of the old baggage/cobb-webs. So many people let their old demons control them & many times not in a good way. I had a brother who literally ate himself to death at the age of 68 (He had severe obesity, diabetes, and could barely walk with a cane because of the weight on his knees, and the doctor couldn’t operate until he lost some weight), which he never could. It was very painful to witness. This is why it is important to stop putting yourself down, and stop listening to others and get professional help if you need it (either through therapy or a professional dietician). Many blessings to those who are in the same boat. Your health is everything ❤️😇🙏🏼

I went to junior high school and high school with Valerie Bertinelli. We were at the same junior high for 9th grade Robert Frost junior high, Granada Hills. She only went to Granada hills high school part time for 10th Grade and I think I saw her once at school for 11th grade. Then she quit high school. If she got her high school diploma it was a GED. I remember more things about her from 9th grade because she was in my class for the entire 9th grade year. Valerie was showing her friends pictures of a private Elton John performance. It must’ve been at somebody’s home because she was standing right next to the piano snapping pictures of Elton John. I saw her about 3 time’s In 10th grade. She was filming her new show One Day at a Time. First time I saw her in 10th grade she was laughing and carrying on with the same friends from junior high. In 11th grade I saw her once. She was walking towards the cafeteria with a tall older looking male it may have been her brother. Her Same friends were standing over by the cafeteria tables. I just stopped in my tracks to watch what was going to happen. When she got close to her friends, she said hello people. Her friends I mean her best friends looked at her in dead silence with there arms crossed. They did not acknowledge her just stared at her with angry faces. She looked at the ground and muttered to her companion and kept walking. That was the last time I’ve ever seen her in person. She definitely quit school in 11th grade maybe got her education at the studios

Valerie just do you however as a tip take note of your internal dialogue with yourself and try to keep all negative comments or observations out when you are speaking with yourself and reinforce only the positive ones. If you pay attention you just might be surprised at how many negative things that you are saying to yourself which is not very helpful and please do not get upset with me for saying this. I just understand. Trust me on this you are so very blessed and even though it might not feel like it at times everything is going to be ok.
