Valeton GP-200R vs Mooer GE250 

I am looking at the valeton now. Not all the part on the chain is independently on an off? I am trying to find one that can do 4 cable type with only effects and fxs on, Amp and cab off. So the valeton can't do this?

For Valetone GP 200: * The FX Loop (SEND/RETURN) jacks on the GP200. Connect your instrument cable to the INPUT jack and another cable from the UNBALANCED OUTPUT (L for Mono Output) to your amp's input. * For the 4-cable method, use two additional cables to create an effects loop between the GP200 and your amp's effects loop jacks (SEND/RETURN). * Deactivate the amp and cab simulation on the GP200. You can achieve this by editing the amp and cab parameters within the unit. * With this setup, the processed signal with your desired effects will be routed through the FX loop, bypassing the amp and cab emulation of the GP200. This allows you to use your amplifier's own tone and character while incorporating the GP200's effects processing. For Mooer GE 250: * The Mooer GE250's SEND and RETURN jacks to create the effects loop. Connect your guitar to the INPUT jack and another cable from the OUTPUT jack to your amp's input. * Two additional cables are required to create a loop between the GE250's SEND/RETURN jacks and your amp's FX LOOP jacks (SEND/RETURN). * Ensure the FX Loop on the GE250 is activated and set to Serial Mode.
