Pretty much! Young people spend so much time believing life is over when you hit some particular age. In reality everyone kinda feels the same as they did when they were like 20 until their body starts to actually wear out - which for fit and healthy people might not be until their 60s! Sure you look older in your 30s, 40s, 50s but that doesn't mean you're old.
ive come to the conclusion that if you happen to die at whatever age youre at right now, and people will say, "oh thats sad, they died too young", youre young. until people stop saying that, youre good. so by that logic, youre not old until like 70 years old.
