Some of these comments are so weird lol. As a viewer who doesn’t chat or really follow along social medias it was nice to hear her talking about this normal life stuff as it is relatable and just nice to hear other peoples experiences with life but literally don’t blame her for barely talking about stuff like this. it's nice to hear that Rae is getting somewhat a little more comfortable sharing some of these stories with her community, with that said she is really a workaholic and she does value her family and friend time above all so it would be hard to date her in general, but since it's kinda obvious she has been dating i think its good for her so all these shipping shit can stop and she can just live her life with someone she trust "eventually". ALSO I would like to point out that its good thing from Rae to realize that she just did not have time to date this person and broke it off because damn wasting someones time (not that she wasn't interested, just work and other things) just sucks when dating...sometimes the person you meet just has to be seamless and just fit ya know, hope she finds her one

She’s right dating apps are great as long as you are safe and get to know people before meeting up I mean after my longest relationship I was single for a year or 2 not by choice I just never been good at starting “small talk” so the whole just typing and getting to know a person without the face to face interaction helped me a lot to get back in dating scene
Dating apps are only consistently good for above average looking people. For men particularly, if you are a “chad” expect 10+ matches daily. Average guys will get 1-2 and below average, forget it. Women will get dates no matter what they look like.
probably everyone in a new relationship texts after meeting for the first time and are interested in each other. so i think dating apps and irl are completely the same. sorry that the other repliers had no luck
@Tinker Belle i don't think it is a good idea for him to try an app, given his past trauma, his personality type(shy), and if he did have some gf it would probably be like someone who is somehow he is familiar to, like a "friend-to-gf" relationship, and given that he may have a high standard. idk, but he would likely be dating someone who is also a streamer or a friend-of-a-friend, it would be a surprise to date somebody who is a complete stranger that he just met.

I was hanging out with friends and brought my GF at the time. We went to the range. When she stepped up she had no idea what she was doing. My friend and I showed her after she missed a bunch, getting nowhere close. After our little coaching session her next shot was a bullseye. She was so excited and turned around not thinking. We all hit the deck and I crawled over to her and was like "You're already too good at this. Let's save the rest of your luck for the bad guys" as I slowly peeled her finger off the trigger and took it from her.

i get it. i downloaded dating apps last month and went on some dates. one guy and i really hit it off but i was so busy with school events and personal projects that i realized i didn’t have time for a serious relationship. so i cut things off early and wished him good luck in the dating scene.

LOL cute story. I once met with this girl on a sort of blind date arranged by our mutuals. We had a fun time and saw each other a few more times after that. But one day she messages me to say she has to end it because she's gotten really busy and she apologizes if I was committing for more. I was like nah it's cool thanks for not ghosting lol. Almost 2 years later I find out she was a trainee for a Kpop group and I actually saw videos of her on RU-vid 😂. I think her group disbanded or whatever but still, kinda cool that I've met someone like that 👍

I feel kinda bad for bigger streamers and other public figures. Their dating pool is limited because they have to avoid dating people who recognize them. Even if there are people out there who are completely sane, and would treat them the same regardless, the risk of crazies means they have to avoid everyone.
you should never cut someone off if you are too busy. you can't read their minds. the best thing to do is tell them how you are feeling and what you are going through. They can then decide if it is worth their time or not. I know for a fact, that if I found a girl I clicked with, I would 100% be interested even if she was really busy. That would possibly make me like her more tbh
Regarding the comments of people who say to stop shipping her with syk: The problem is that syk has always been suspicious with her, I remember some video of him where he says that she is indirectly hot ( right after she broke up with her ex). Easily found on youtube. Personally, I'm one of those people who think that syk clearly has a crush on her but doesn't dare tell her. (Afterwards it must be complicated to say this kind of thing to a girl who considers you a "brother")

Why are u against them dating? I think they'd make such a good couple. They have really good chemistry, they've been through highs and lows. And i think best friends make really good couples.
Shipping is crazy. I got shipped with my coworker so we tried dating for like a month and nothing happened, there is literally no spark in our relationship. Now I see her all the time in work while everybody knowing that we've dated. SMH so awkward. I'll never trust shippers ever again.
This reminds me of a first date I had. This guy and I went to a mall and ended up going to the arcade. We made a bet that whoever lost at airhockey had to ask the other out on another date. (He was REALLY good at airhockey). He was at 6 points and I was at 3, but then I got 4 points and I won 😂 next thing I knew he was very shyly asking me if I wanted to go on another date.

If they agree to kiss, odds are you can get laid as well. If hes good at darts.. that means hes at a bar a lot. Can assume you don't or have played Darts/pool too much at bars. Very common pick up line to earn yourself a free kiss.

But what's the point of being on dating apps when you know that you don't have the time for a proper relationship? You can start dating people when you realise that you can commit your time to it or just make out time from your busy schedule.

Because online dating caters towards the short term. If you are looking for a valuable long term relationship, the “warm-approach” is going to be the best bet. Also dating apps only consistently work for above average looking people.
