- 1 turn. A rank. Under 5 minutes.
- Enemy ace killed - drops ZM SG 5(e).
- To reproduce that grenade, make sure the sniper is already visible (thanks to Claude) and you're pushing against the corner when you go into fire mode. Then aim as far as you can, aligned with that middle column as if it'd still go up (imagine it). Worked for me 100%. If not working for you, just equip the weapon with highest range on Claude and hope the ace doesn't dodge (save and reload I guess). Good luck.

Very impressive granade throw. I tried to copy it like 15 times, but it just would't work for me. Good thing that you can easily kill him with Claude.

Awesome job; I can't replicate the sneaky Minerva grenade-snipe either, but was able to headshot the Ace with Claude. There's the chance the Ace will dodge Claude's shot, but after four or five attempts at the grenade-snipe I was willing to just resign myself to taking my chances. I'm not sure how you did that, but it's impressive.

Great guide! (Only been trying to replicate killing the Ace that way with no success so far since half an hour~ edit: killed him with Claude)

Make sure grenades are level 5 and the sniper is already marked on the map. After that Minerva must be at the corner, then in fire mode push the stick as forward as you can and aligned with that vertical pillar you see on the video (as if the pillar would continue going up in straight line). Worked for me.

As the others say I use Claude to kill the ace. Grenade or shooting down works.

Yes, I tried to avoid that because of the potential dodging but seems like everyone is having a hard time replicating the grenade

I liked this much better than other persons guide, as it gives weapon loadouts, and other video is crapshoot

ok, managed to do it much simpler, just rush minerva dirrectly above the elite, and just use a grenade

I tried for about 30 minutes to trow that grenade correctly. Instead I just shot the named sniper with Claude from a distance, careful not to trigger the mission end.
