The game is being launched by tencent not riot.the game was remade in 2022 by tencent which was the main reason for delay in launch 🙎. There is no official release date for global launch as valorant mobile will not be launched by riot you have to wait for tencent's decision.
Riot Games is owned by Tencent and yes you are right tencent is being weird for some reason with the mobile port in fact for some weird reason they themselves have a valorant clone despite of owning riot and Valo the real IP itself 💀

The game will be able to run, the g88 is rather close to the G90T but still it is a big enough difference to induce some lags, Ultimately the Graphical settings given in the game will decide how the experience feels like. Worth a try!
The Helio G90T performs much better than the P35, the Antutu scores are almost 2.5x in favour of the G90T! You could try but I don't think the experience would be great given its below minimum requirements.
