If use the priming pump to bleed air from the system, what is the fuel delivery pressure I can get by this pump, it reaches 87 kpa and drops again, why not keeps the pressure until the fuel regulator open at 400 kpa

How could you adjust the valves when TDC of the piston is only set in cylinder no.1 then you already adjust all the valves , and you didn't relied on the manual. , are sure it will not give you a serious damage on engine? ,there's a possibility late or advance openning of valves that can causes of abnormality in combustion and may lead to insufficient power,

....is this possible to get correct or enhance the vehicles average ??please suggest

It's a pushrod not a connecting rod.

How much reading filler Gage 0.25 mm or 0.025 " inch system

Sorry but you need more experience before making a video on how to do a valve adjustment and get your engine components right first, not sure why they are teaching valve adjustments in school when the students don't even know basic engine components, but you'll get there
