Another thing to keep in is these D10s are handmade prototypes, so there's a lot more room for error than in our industrial process. They also use the same tech as our D6s from our first campaign, which work wonderfully!

They were fully charged. I have no doubt it was a prototype thing. The D6 work great

I can see your point. And I agree with the not as fun to watch. I enjoyed the experience, but it's definitely not for everyone. But I do think there's a lot of potential here.

@@BoardGameCoffee I too thought this could have potential, but to me this game feels rushed because of the contract with paradox. And paradox isn't doing the franchise any good with this pressure. They should finish Bloodlines 2 first before demanding others to finish their projects on time. But that is my bias. The problem for me with this system is, it doesn't seem to have the advantages they promised, the missing rulebook is a disadvantage if you aren't playing for a couple of months. I often reread the rulebook as a pdf right before a play session. The teburu safty system for no mistakes seem to reduce the amount actions you can take at all to be able to control player mistakes. The games seem to be more light. A Lacerda game like on mars would be a really good demonstration of the capability of what the system can, and what not. Milan, Sword and Sorcery and the cancled Zombice aren't systems which are very deep. And for those light systems I do not see the necessarity to buy such an expansive system which hasn't proved anything. You say that the dice will work in the final product, you don't know that. You say mobile devices will work in the final product, you don't know that too. The more complex the app and system is, the more room for possible errors exists. Sea of legends was my first App driven game and they had hughe problems. But they cancled their second project and put the effort in their first game to get things right and now they are. Nobody is perfekt but correcting an app is easier than a whole electronic device.

I enjoy the story, but agree that there isn’t much going on, on the board.

Did you play the Vampires Chapters game? The story in that felt very thematic. The story in this feels...paint by numbers. It could be because these are the early parts of the game. If you did play Chapters, which story did you like better?

I did not play. But as far as this story goes, I assume it’s going to get a lot heavier.

The phone model that didn’t work should have worked. It was a pixel running android 12. I’ve talk to them about it and they said it will be fixed. The other android phone ran fine. And so did all the iPhones and iPad.
