Judging by the fact that the Laibon clans have their counterparts in the "basic" clans, I suspect that we are dealing here with a distant cousins of the Blood. (Unlike the Asian vamps which are souls that have escaped from hell) Question: Will you focus on the individual Laibon clans?

Continents are not defined by their national borders, or even their physical ones. The thin that defines continents nowadays are the tectonic plates upon which they drift. That said, there are some smaller plates that interact with the larger plates, but those are considered subplates of the larger plates to which they are attached.

The oxford definition of a Continent is; "any of the world's main continuous expanses of land (Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, Australia, Antarctica)." This is the argued but still most widely believed version that most people think of. But if the tectonic plates where the main way we classed continents as some have argued then Eurasia would be one, a large part of Russia would but in the north American one and both Arabia and India would be their own ones. Which most people do not believe.

There was a very curious gentleman who served as Sherriff here in Los Angeles for a brief time. He was about 2.5 meters tall with shoulders to match, and had facial features similar to (but not the same as) a gorilla. Neither I nor anyone I know ever heard him speak. Quite the effective Sherriff, at least in terms of scaring us all silly. Anyway, it was said he originated from sub-Saharan Africa. So, throughout your lecture I have been trying to match him with one of the--Legacies, was it?--but without success. Maybe I'm just oblivious. (OOC) Yes, I'm talking about the big guy from VTMB. I was hoping to find out what he's supposed to be.

Lowkey, I'm ready for expanded lore. Like how life originated in Africa irl, we can get some interplay between the Book of Nod and the origin of Laibon. Like how certain tribes in west and east Africa have paganized Hebrew and israelite practices and rituals like aversion to pork, uncleanliness after death, xyz. Since life originated in Africa, what if Vampirism did too? and over time, after the fall of the first city and great flood, the original clan expanded to Europe while their root of clans wrapped with time.

maybe one day, I want to do all of the world of darkness settings first and since that is going to take a long time and I have other series I do (and want to do) its probably not going to be the next series I start.
