This is my Van Build it was highly requested after I uploaded my Van Tour video.

Yours is one of the nicest Kei Car camper conversions that I've seen. Light framing (often overlooked) and a simple, practical furniture build works well without hugely eating into one's loading capacity. I especially liked that you stained the framing. Good battery box location and an interior that'll work in sunny times with the doors open and in winter when they're not. Unfortunately, in the event of a frontal impact (collision) everything not securely fastened down and in particular your glass storage jars will likely become airborne, on a trajectory into the front crew compartment, and if by a stroke of luck they miss the skull/s of whomever is up front, they'll smash into the windscreen, creating high energy shattered glass fragments at face and eye level! Sorry for this unpleasant image, but I would rather mention it because it is a very real possibility! That apart, good work on your compact travel cabin, its really lovely. Subscribed.

I really enjoyed this and I really like your van. I had a kangoo but ripped out the interior twice then gave up. I wish I had the excitement as well as the electric power source like you did to have completed my van back when I had it. I miss it so much now. Maybe a Caddy next.

Looks practical and comfy; I did a similar conversion 40 years ago in an old ford escort van but I had 2small washing up bowls that stacked inside each other, so at day's end I could put water in both and stand with a foot in each and have a very messy wet bath.! It was heaven after a sweaty day in the hills.

Yes it was all working great when I last had sonny. I sold the van about 10 months ago now. To move to canada.

Good night I have same van Where do you get parts ? Car is not idling steady ....jerky idle can you help?

I actually have an old engine that failed me but most of the parts are working still and I can use those. what parts do you need I can always see if I can help with engine parts. :D Otherwise there is a garage in devon I can get the name of that often has Daihatsu extol parts.

Cracking vid, great conversion. I'm loving the battery box and plan that for a free standing battery. Mine will only be used as a 'day van and the odd night away so not going to connect the spare batt to the car one. If I can ask, how did you connect the switches to the battery itself,,

Great idea, to connect the switches to the battery there is a positive and negative wire that you connect to the positive and negative sides of the battery on top. and then you wire the switch panel up with the fuse box. Your switch kit might come with instructions, mine did :D hope that helps. Thanks for watching my video
