Lol, the silence when you unboxed the second planner , priceless!. I am sure it will work out and hopefully there will be rush shipping and she has already made yours just sent you the wrong planner. I would be bombed also to wait that long and have to wait longer. I was thinking to myself when I saw you open, ‘Marlys only order one at a time so hopefully this doesn’t happen’. I would be red hot!

I'm so sorry about your Order. I'm sure Petra will send you the planner you loved. When I heard you opening the box in silence, I realized that something was up. I'm glad you love the Janet Leather with the Nomad pockets, because that is genius.

The way your voice changed...ugh, I felt so sad. Looking forward to seeing the planner once it's repaired, though & Petra's customer service is truly amazing. I'm glad you have the JL Brown because that texture is incredible! Also, the Nomad pockets need to be the standard pocket configuration!! Definitely need to add that to my next custom.

Also when it comes to bound books in notebook covers I am a back cover tucked in only kinda person for that reason - I hate the way things lay with front covers tucked in!

I have honestly only ever experienced the issue with more inexpensive covers. In my gillio, I can have both the front and back cover of my weeks in the leather cover and I could open it a million times and I have never had the spine move or have to readjust the book. So I don't know what's up with it but I used to only put books in the back pocket of covers so it's something i'll get used to again.

I am so sorry about the mixup on the cover. I hope they resolve it really quickly for you. I have to say you handled it really well on the video. I like VDS planners, but after waiting 16 weeks for the only custom I ever ordered from them, I would have been crushed if it arrived and wasn’t what I ordered. Just received the correct planner yesterday!
