During an interview, Peggy "Mac," a recording engineer at Sunset Sound and a long-time collaborator of Prince, talked about her deep admiration and affection for Donn Landee, an engineer of Van Halen. She also shared her experience as the assistant engineer on Van Halen's first album, which was recorded in Sunset Sound studio 1 in 1977. Peggy further revealed that she and Donn Landee spent a weekend remixing Van Halen's debut album, VH1.
