RIP Eddie. One of my greatest inspirations to play guitar.

Eddie passed away Tuesday. This video, that includes backing drums, bass guitar, rhythm guitar, and the lead guitar played in front of us, together with the brilliantly penned guitar tabs, were all produced by Friday. Bravo man...Eddie would be proud 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️👍

The EVH passing has really hit me hard. He's the reason I picked up a guitar and I will cherish my EVH Wolfgang guitar and his legacy, for all my life.

I've been playing for a long time, 20+ years, and I expected this song to be easier to play than it is, but I'm finding it hard to play it as cleanly as I expected off the bat. The way this is played just feels different in composure to most everything I play and is truly a testament to just how unique and revolutionary of a musician EVH was. I remember the day he died and just how many people around me truly mourned his passing. Truly one in a million.

We literally had a day of intensely mourning. It might sound daft but Ed’s playing and attitude is hugely responsible for inspiring me to be the person I am. Such a great riff, essentially very basic at its core but Eddie sure did manage to extract maximum impact and power out of a couple of basic chords
