I've gotta say, I love that Kimmel plays the entire interview in one shot online. For one thing, you don't have that searching and waiting for different segments. You don't worry about getting the segments out of sequence. This makes the interview more pleasurable. And, I love to see clips from the work of his interviewees.

I knew Van from Hollywood Blvd when he was the face of TMZ tour bus…. I bumped into Van many many times and we always chatted.. straight up man….. team Van I would say I wish you the best, but you would break that down and then asked me why I said that? Slavery “was” a choice. Not “is” a choice. He meant our ancestors could’ve just “chose” to not be enslaved, if he meant current day he would have said SLAVERY IS A CHOICE. Emphasis on IS which is current tense. He literally said “400 years of slavery sounds like a choice”.
