FYI We took the ferry from Algeciras to Tangier Med and it cost each campervan 180 euros and took about 1.5 hours. Tangier Med is a relatively new port and is very well maintained which led to a seamless border crossing. To all those making the journey, GOOD LUCK and remember not to bring your drone!

I'm Mexican and have been to Morocco. Moroccans are so authentically friendly, open and curious. They make you feel welcome and are so willing to share. They are beautiful people. Also the landscape is truly beautiful and people are so connected to it that is contagious. There are struggles like anywhere but I saw great courage and beauty. Dear Eamon & Bec, Thank you is not enough to express how inspiring your experiences are. Shukran, Gracias, Merci, Danke, and all the languages combined cannot begin to explain the magnitude of your achievement with your video. Your eyes (through your lens) have shown us all the scale of the human spirit and in this particular example the warmth and kindness of the Moroccan/African people. In times like this, your pictures are like fresh air of hope in humankind. I understand Bec's tears of joy when thinking of the beauty of simple words, music, dance, and empathy. These African vlogs are honestly the best! I don’t know why but they make me feel so emotional. I’m so happy that you guys are experiencing African and Muslim hospitality. A lot of the times, tourists only show “touristy” sites (nothing is wrong with that either) but you guys have shown the people! And these are the indigenous too! The wonderful Amazighs/Berber people and every footage just radiates gratitude, respect and love for life. I’m so in love with every second of your videos ❤️

I love how Bec gets emotional with gratitude. I did the same thing today in Germany checking out a local parade and Mardi Gras (Faschings here in Germany). When you were invited to breakfast it reminded me of when I was in Turkey with a friend years ago and we stayed in a secluded bay and walked around the bay early morning and a couple invited us into their guest house for breakfast, we said we haven't brought any money with us and they said ' no money, come. We sat on a cloth on the floor and they had a lovely spread of boiled eggs tomatoes cucumber olives and home made bread and of course Turkish tea. They were so friendly and welcoming. I can understand why you felt so emotional.

I can count on my fingers how many times I’ve ever felt inclined to comment on a RU-vid video, and I know this one is months old already. However, I felt so much magic in this video that it has brought me to tears. Especially considering all of the negativity and hardship that has since happened this year, it was so emotional watching this and seeing genuine human interaction, love, music, travel, fresh air, and joy again. That is extremely rare to find nowadays. I also found myself emotional about how genuinely happy I am that you two (some of my absolute favorite creators and humans) were able to experience this. I realise that your lives have moved on and you are in a different world now, but Bec, your reaction to the music that was played wasn’t crazy in the slightest: music is as old as mankind, it can raise all kinds of emotions for you, sadness, joy, ecstasy and misery in fact all of human emotion. You were simply experiencing the emotions that the music and dance evokes in you. When you are from the modern world and you have the opportunity to visit the old world as you and Eamon have, as they say, travel broadens the mind always. It’s such a privilege to see a country in its authentic natural unaltered state. These days a country or experience is normally shown through an over hyped, flashy tourist focused travel highlight reel. I cried so many times so did my wife as we were watching these videos, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE where newly met people are no longer strangers. I am seriously planning to travel much like the way you guys are and then today while searching how to create a camping van I stumbled on your channel and then bam. This is truly beautiful. Everyone lives is so precious and it’s amazing that you guys got to partake in that precious moment. Just like Bec said, there’s healing in dancing and music. It’s a cure and when your love ones are feeling ill, you want to make them feel better. Food, itself, is a culture. No one ever gets mad or hate when eating. And the sharing of food, hospitality, and invitation into their owns homes to complete strangers just shows how loving and kind hearted these people and their culture are.

As someone who plans on travelling the same way you guys do in the future I would loveeee if you guys did a sit down video on what apps you use to find safe spots to park (near town and in the middle of nowhere), how to connect with locals and people while on the road, best van life hacks for though situations(van problems, sketchy places etc) and just tips and quirks for van life in general:)❤️❤️, love you guys so much and hope you’re doing great !:)

It is our negative judgement of emotion that is crazy and so unnecessary. Your emotions here are connecting you with your humanity - yours, and all those around you, that came before you and will come after you. You are touched, love, because you are a human being, a human feeling, a human loving. May we all be this touched when our own souls/spirits meet and dance with others. I have been a passenger in your van for a long time. I have seen every vlog that you have created.
