Tonight was a proper struggle, nox sensor on a merc - ordinarily 20mins work, but no this bad boy was not coming undone and I’ve ended up with the insert pulling out the silencer ffs, oh and trying to sort out a motor over 200 miles away with broken window - fun night

Stick a block of wood between the spring and the chassis on each side then drop the levelling valve off.... Can do all 6 at once and no kinking the air lines😉
Solenoid needs changing on starter motor, you can get them cheap from Cargo at Nottingham, before I was disabled I was a plant and machinery mechanic for 40 years and have changed loads of them on the little mini diggers.

1000 Nm airgun is the Mechanics best friend. Hardest hitting 1/2" is the best investment there is if you turn nuts. When that don't work, the Lidl plasma cutter comes to the rescue. It burns the one that don't turns.

I know all about the struggle... 3 hours to change a bathroom light fitting. A hammer was involved in removing the old one as it wouldn't come off 🙄 You know those old globe fittings that are just waiting to cut you 😮 hammer👍🤗

Hi. Dude i need your help. I have a volvo truck. Fm400 series 2. From your videos in the past you have helped me tremendously. However i need to have my odometer to stand still. Without counting while i drive. I have tried to unplug the speed sensor next to the propshaft on the gearbox. So it works but the truck goes in limp mode. However i need it to be reconnected when needed. Cause we in our country have to pay Mass Distance Charges for every kilometer. PLEASE HELP
