I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

To Cromandel, I salute you with a raised leg, and a blast of hot air from the holding chamber. I borrow this salutation from the great Pete Mansbridge. Immediately after he would remark, "thanks for watching." Pete always got the giggles when he did that.
As they said, most of the properties are built for investment. What happened with actually buying and living in a home? Oh yeah, with all of them being bought out by property investors instead with deep pockets, prices have skyrocketed above wages and are now stupid beyond belief.

@@kimberleyhunter6815 since Trudeau took office in 2014 Housing has effectively doubled in price. Leaving us to the only conclusion that he has done nothing
You know this is happening worldwide for like 2 decades now lol. Unless Trudeau is the prime minister of the world and somehow a time traveller, I don't think this is his doing.
Just a new developer from China trying to run before it learn to walk. Trying to play with the big boys by expanding way too fast before learning how to navigate through the cities web of red tape.
