Please make sure you are up to date with our laws. Having been born in South Africa does not say you are a South African. There is no such thing as citizen by birth in South Africa. Your parents or one of your parents needs to be a South African. Or they should have gone through all the processes legally to be a naturalized South African. Please wait till the processes currently ongoing is complete before saying anything. There is also other things to concider. No 1. None of her social media posts shows that she is proudly or sees herself as a South African. It shows her pride in Nigeria and Mozambique. No 2. We have a huge problem with identity fraud in this country. I myself sit with two ID numbers which are causing me huge problems. No 3. We have a massive poverty problem in this country due to high unemployment which we blame on no one else but our stupid laws and policies which is destroying our country. No 4. We do have people that are racist, afrophobic and xenophobic and we recognise that fact and we are dealing with it. We do not pretent that we do not have people with those kunds of views. The strange thing is that foreigners that claim they are not racist or xenophobic are proving that they are by what they say about our new Miss South Africa because she is white. Our Miss South Africa competition is not a Miss Africa, Miss African or a Miss Black South Africa or Miss Nigeria competition. It is Miss South Africa and we have Black, White, Coloured, Indian and Asian citizens. They all can enter the competition and represent us as long as they are proudly South Africa and show that pride. No 5. We have nothing against foreigners but we do have a problem with illegal foreigners. Our country has laws and we and everyone that enters into the country must abide by those rules. No 6. We are not perfect and she was not the first person who entered the competition whose background or pride in South Africa was questioned.
In which world are you living in? Your girl's stole somebody's ID book to register Chidima at Home Affairs, depriving the South African Woman to register her child and as such, the woman's child could not even go to varsity as she has no ID. Secondly, the father says he met Chidima's mum in 2010, and 6 months later, Chidima was born, so how old is Chidima?
In which Hospital was she born? This girl might have been born in Mozambique and only came to SA when she was four or five years old.. We dont even know her real age..she might be thirty or even thirty four years old. Remember she was married, i dont think her father did not mind when she got married to a drug dealer at a tender age? This lady is way above the age of thirty
I just hope that you have come back to these comments and remove/ remve your view( has every right!(. Really) Most of your statements are shot of the truth, shallow research/ knowledge/ anyway the channel is for entertainment/ views- and money-not facts😮
She must go and contest either in Mozambique or Nigeria. Those are her Maternal and father's different homes. Not here . We dont want opportunists We hate lies and here and we hate stealing other people's IDENTIFICATION.
