Network marketing is so misunderstood. Everybody starts from the bottom, even the so called kingpin started with no team member, they had to build those teams. And even when you have a big team the work doesn't stop, you still have to support and train your team. You earn based on team performance so it's in your best interest to continue to bring new people and replace those who aren't productive or who drop out of the system. It's a lot of work, but at least you sign your own check/cheque.
