Me encanta este canal❤ Esta receta voy hacerla,pero....Tengo un par de dudas... Más bien 3, Que es? Cream of tartar? Levadura,yo tengo química,Vahine,también Baking Poder...Vale para este kake? La otra es... Usó usted maizena? O,harina para bizcochos y la última 🙏 160 previo calentamiento del horno....Pero calor arriba y abajo? Sin ventilador? El subtitulo del tiempo de horneado se pierde es poco legible creo ver 160 C o 320°F 40 o 45 min. Es correcto ? el molde es sin engrasar correcto ? Gracias ❤

That‘s right, do NOT grease the tube pan because the egg yolks contain enough fat already And yes bake on the lower rack at 160C/ 320F for 40-45 min Than cool completely upside down, to avoid that the cake collapses

From Google info ... Cream of Tartar, as tartar baking powder is also called, is the natural alternative to conventional baking powder, which works with phosphate. Instead, Cream of Tartar contains natural tartaric acid as an acidulant for the baking process. I hope it helps ...
