My wife and I spent a night in that BLM area below lake Havasu randomly in the middle of February. The plan was to stay in Parker but the spots we wanted were taken. To our surprise , we happened to be there the weekend of the professional firework manufacturer association showing off their catalog of city-size professional fireworks. We sat next to our rig until late watching show after show in the distance. It went on for hours and hours ! Apparently it happens every year ! We will definitely go back thru and do that again.

That might be a great way to try to get over my claustrophobia actually. I love rocks like that but I could see some spots that would give me pause where I would need to take a moment to count to 10 to avoid an anxiety attack. I think since there is an open sky I might still be ok. When I had issues before, I was stuck in an elevator and a locker for hours( I was a small teen girl who fit in our long skinny lockers at school and got shoved and locked in one by a bully) with no idea of when I would get out. I know I am commenting on every one of your videos it seems so I hope you don't mind.
