Researchers from Mt. Holyoke released a new study that shows vaping during pregnancy could be risky. The study indicates the liquid used to form e-juice in vapes could have neurological effects on the baby of a mother who vapes. Carolee McGrath sat down with Jared Schwartzer, associate professor of neuroscience at Mt. Holyoke, and Jamie Church, a post-doctoral student to learn more.

If youre watching this bc youre pregnant and want to stop vaping, your best bet is to taper down your usage. bc there is nicotine in it and your baby doesnt need tht. Ive slowed down to a couple puffs a day and it sucks but you need to suffer without your vape for longer n longer periods of time in order to break tht constant need to vape.

I’m 4 weeks pregnant before I found out I vape a lot and now I’m trying to quit. It’s been so hard do you have any more advice?

By "other uses" they mean they put these same chemicals in all processed food.

I’ve seen lots of pregnant woman smoking cigarettes, baby is smaller but complete fine, is it ok to smoke cigarettes when pregnant? NO! so vaping must be far far more safe. They will always find something to say negative about everything.

The baby is smaller however completely fine. How's the baby fine if the baby is small. Listen what mother eats breaths while pregnant the baby gets. Smoking and vaping is nothing short of child abuse. It's against the law to smoke in a car with children so what's the difference. I tell you the difference the womb ain't got any windows you can roll down kids trapped getting poisoned if you can't stop drinking alcohol or smoking ect. DONT GET PREGNANT

Then why are more and more babies being born with autism > 1in about 6 babies born have Autism, and I think it has to do with all the chemicals that the Government , and we ourselves do to unborn babies . More and more children are being born with learning disabilities then ever before .
